Monoflash CL is a liquid accelerating admixture designed to reduce the initial setting time of cement and lime-based renders. Ideal for improving productivity on site, it helps speed up curing without compromising consistency when used at the recommended dosage.

Suitable for use with systems including Monocal GM/GF, MonoPass GM/GF, TradiBatard GM/GF and Rénopass Inter on painted substrates, Monoflash CL is a practical solution when tighter turnaround times are required.

Application Conditions

• Apply between +5°C and +30°C

• Do not apply in wet weather

• Do not use where there is a risk of frost or freezing

• Not an antifreeze – normal cold weather precautions must be followed

• Composition: Synthetic liquid additive

Mixing & Dosage

• Add 0.5–1.5 litres per 25kg bag of mortar into the mixing water

• Reduce the water content per bag by the same volume of admixture added

• Setting time can be reduced by up to approximately 4 hours at standard dosage (depending on temperature, substrate and weather conditions)

• For machine application, consult the machine manufacturer before use

Curing Times (at 20°C)

• Time between coats: 1–2 hours

• Total setting time: 1 to 24 hours (depending on conditions)

Coverage & Packaging

• Approx. 100m² per 25 litre tub (guideline consumption)

• Available in 25 litre tubs and 1000 litre IBCs

Storage

• 18-month shelf life

• Store in a cool, dry environment, off the ground and at a consistent temperature
