Yes — prices shown on our website are accurate for online orders and can be checked out as normal.

For some products — particularly bulk, palletised or specialist materials — we may be able to offer better pricing depending on quantities, delivery requirements and current supplier rates. If you’re ordering larger volumes or want to check options, you’re welcome to get in touch before ordering.

Most products can be ordered directly through the website.

However, for certain items — particularly Rockwool and other products that are bulky, fragile or tricky to ship — we may recommend getting in touch first to confirm the best price and most suitable delivery method.

Some materials need to be shipped on pallets to prevent damage in transit. Items such as insulation boards, render systems and large-format products can be easily damaged if they’re stacked, crushed or mishandled by couriers.

Pallet delivery:

Because of this, palletised items often carry higher delivery costs than small boxed goods.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and pallet requirements.

Because pallet freight can be rough, we strongly recommend:


  • inspecting goods on delivery where possible

  • noting any visible damage with the driver

  • contacting us promptly if there’s an issue (ideally within 24–48 hours)

This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
