Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods, such as bags and buckets, are strictly non-refundable. As we cannot verify their storage conditions after purchase, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items. Please consider this before making your purchase.
 
Refundable Items
For all other products, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days. However, return shipping, collection costs, and a 20% restocking fee (based on the order value) will be deducted from your refund.
 
Condition Requirements
Items like trowels, beads, and similar products may be returned for a refund only if they are unused, in their original condition, and with any seals intact.
