VPI Tradibatard GM Gris / Blanc – Traditional Cement-Lime Render Body (25kg)

One coat, weather resistant render for use as a base coat or finishing coat internally and externally. For use as a base coat for finish coats such as MonoCal GM/GF.

designed for both new build and refurbishment projects. Suitable for interior and exterior walls, it provides a reliable fat lime render solution across a wide range of masonry substrates .

Available in Grey (Gris) and White (Blanc), Tradibatard GM offers flexibility in finish and application method, whether applied manually or by spray. It is suitable as a base coat for various decorative and protective finishes, making it a versatile choice for contractors working across residential and commercial projects.

Suitable Substrates

  • Standard masonry (RT2 or RT3)

  • Brickwork including monomur bricks

Application Conditions

  • Apply between +5°C and +30°C

  • Do not apply if there is a risk of freezing after application

Mixing & Application

  • Mix in a concrete mixer or batch mixer

  • Water ratio per 25kg bag:

    • Grey: 3.6–4.4 litres

    • White: 4.0–4.8 litres

  • Mixing time: approx. 5 minutes (maintain consistency between batches)

  • For machine application, typical water pressure: 10–12 bar

Packaging & Storage

  • 18-month shelf life in unopened original packaging

  • Store off the ground in a dry, temperate, ventilated area
