Silicone facade paint with high water repellency
Highly durable facade paint for stable substrates.
For exterior use | highly opaque | matt | non-saponifiable | highly resistant to industrial fumes | very low tendency to attract dirt water | vapour permeable | easy to apply | nearly odourless.
Surface preparation:
Should be primed with a suitable primer, ensuring that the surface is dry, clean, and stable.
Application:
Stir well before use. Dilutable with up to 5% water. Apply with brush, roller, or airless spray gun. Surface dry and recoatable after approx. 12 hours. Application temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
Approx. yield:
Approximately 140–170 ml/m² depending on the coating.

Storage:
Store cool, dry, and frost-free for up to 24 months. Seal opened container tightly.
Note:
The standard colour of the product is white, but an infinite number of colours can be created through the LBS MIX system.
EU VOC limit for this product (Cat. A/c): 40 g/l (2010). This product contains max. 40 g/l VOC. Contains biocidal products: 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one. May cause allergic reactions. Safety data sheet available on request.
